Description
Mangalore Bafat Masala is mainly used for Pork, Howver the masala can be used for other meat like Fish,chicken, mutton etc. The masala gives you that typical taste of Mangalore.
Instructions for Mangalore Bafat Masala:
To marinate ½ kg of meat, add 2/3 tbsp of “Gramas Mangalore Bafat masala” 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, juice of 1 lemon & a bit of refined oil, mix well and set it aside for at least 45 minutes.
Preparation: Heat 50 grams of cooking oil, add few curry leaves, 3 chopped onions, fry till golden brown and crisp, add 2/3 chopped tomatoes, fry well till the oil separates, now add the marinated meat, mix well. Add water as per your desired consistency, add chili & salt to taste and cook for the required time or number of whistles depending on the meat you are preparing.
“Gramas Mangalore Bafat Masala” has all the required dry spices & ingredients in the mix, You may use it to prepare Manglorean Pork, Fish Curry or just try it with any meat of your choice.
