Description
Gramas crab masala is a aromatic mix of ground spices that will enhance taste & flovours of your crab masala (Tamilnad style). Gramas crab masala has all the required dry spices & ingredients in it, Other dry ingredients may not be required, Add salt as per your taste. No Artificial preservatives or colours added.
Instructions for 1/2 kg Crab Masala:
To marinate ½ kg crabs, wash the crabs well and drain in a colander, add salt, chili powder & turmeric, keep aside.
Preparation: 2 onions, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, some coriander leaves, mint leaves and 2 to 3 tbsp of Gramas crab masala, grind all the ingredients to a paste.
Heat about 50 grams of refined oil, add curry leaves, 1 diced onion and the ground masala paste, add salt according to your taste and a bit of water for the masala to cook, once the oil separates add the crab and give it a mix, add about a cup of water and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes, stir until dry or desired consistency, garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and enjoy!
This recipe can be used for prawn fry as well.
