Description
Gramas Special Biryani masala is a blend of the best spices needed for your Chicken or Mutton Biryani. The Masala is created using traditional recipes and the rite ingredients. For preparing half kg biriyani, just use 2 to 3 tbsp of Gramas Special Biriyani Masala along with other wet ingredients that you may use for the preparation, other dry spices or dry ingredients may not be required as the mix has all the required dry ingredients for your Biriyani, Add salt as per your taste. No Preservatives or colors added
Instructions for half kg Biryani:
In about 50+ grams of hot refined oil, add 2 sliced onions, fry well till golden brown, add 4 to 5 slit green chilies, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, add 2 medium size tomatoes, 2/3 tbsp of Gramas special biryani masala, salt, some fresh mint & coriander leaves. add about ½ cup of curd and cook a bit, as the oil separates add the meat and cook well up to 80/90 % in the masala, add water 1:2 ratio (reduce water according to gravy consistency) once it comes to a boil, add washed and drained jeera rice or any good biryani rice and cook for about 15 minutes or 2 whistles, add a tbsp of ghee and keep it closed on dun for about 10 minutes and serve with kebabs made with Gramas kebab masala and enjoy your homemade biryani.
